Hi Sooners! Did you know that if you’re currently a student, faculty, and/or staff member at the University of Oklahoma you will have FREE access to Microsoft Office? You can access Microsoft Office two ways:

Office 365 gives students and faculty¬†access to all of the Microsoft Office apps online. It’s easy! All you have to do is go to portal.office.com and sign in with your OU email and password. The best part is that you can access it from anywhere and on any device! The following are available through Office 365:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • Powerpoint
  • OneNote
  • Mail
  • and much more

Office 2016 Suite is available for you to download for FREE. You can download it on your own by signing in to portal.office.com with your OU email and password or you can visit one of our Service Centers and get assistance from our Services team. The Office 2016 Suite includes:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • Powerpoint
  • OneNote
  • Outlook
